In Healthcare Procurement our primary focus is on indirect spend Including: - Marketing Services; HR; Travel; Facilities; IT and Telecoms; Professional Services, and Patient Support Programmes including Homecare

Built Environment Procurement focuses on all aspects of New Builds; Refits and Refurbishment programmes. We have significant contract management experience to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget, timescales, and quality.

At Purcom we understand that cost management is extremely important to our clients. The value that Purcom can create for your organisation will be in excess of our fee, and we are open to commercial gain share arrangements to suit our client’s needs.

Dan’s procurement background includes Automotive, Financial Services & Pharmaceuticals. He has a natural ability for problem solving and change management, he has a very pragmatic approach to Procurement which drove him to found Purcom.

He has a passion for value creation and delivering real tangible results.
